Register
Initial Registration before using app
- Check your email for message from caremartz.us
- Click on registration link
- Enter temporary password, new password (2x) and security question
Login
Caresmartz360 app sign in.
- On your mobile phone, Install and open the caresmartz360 app
- Enter the Agency ID: 2554, your username and the password you created on the registration page to login
Using App
Check Visits, Clock-in/out
- After successful login, the dashboard will display upcoming visits
- Check carefully to ensure that your visits schedule is correct
- Conduct your visit as usual using new app to clock in and out.

Login into app unsling agency id (2554), username for registration email, and the new password you created.

After login into app your dashboard will display upcoming schedule which you can clock-in/out as usual during visits.
